Rayman Origins to be released on the PC?

The remakes of classic 2D games are getting really popular these days, Ubisoft announced that they will release yet another Rayman game but this time it will be in 2D with Full HD. hand drawn graphics (thanks to Ubi Art Framework). They’ve said that the game will be available pretty soon on PlayStation Network and XBoX Live but at the moment Ubisoft is considering other platform release such as Nintendo Wii, 3DS, iPad and finally the PC.

This is a perfect title for Steam, Impulse and other digital platforms and Ubisoft should release it along with other platforms.

Here’s a great trailer of Rayman Origins in Full HD:

Speaking of classic 2D remakes, another great episode of Monkey Island is about to be released on Steam, when you pre-order right now you will get the first episode totally free (too bad the publisher didn’t let people who already own the first one to use it as Steam gift…).

It seems like in this case this gifting spare game really works. Here’s forum post about it: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1320782

You can gift the first Monkey Island if you already have it.
