    first playthrough usually normal or easy/casual, so I can focus more on storyline than hyper-tactics or whatsoever

    So many casuals… I usually play the hardest difficulty right away.

    I hate artificial difficulty, so I mostly just play on Normal, or Easy. When, there is a setting.
    But: Best setting is the no setting in my opinion. When you learn the bits at the start, and the game gets harder and harder.
