You can now activate your Steam games directly on the Steam website (YEAH!!!!!!) without using the outdated game client. That’s really good news!

the point is that you can activate the game keys on several accounts at once, you can add your game key to your account if you’re not currently at the PC etc.

what does “without using outdated game client” means? you have to use it to play the games, so whats the point?
