EA situation in few senteces and why it’s good for us

Here is the whole situation in a nutshell. EA releases their brand new AAA title - Star Wars Battlefront 2. There even is a collector's edition, goes for $80 (wtf). The game itself has locked content in it (like guns, equipment etc) and requires you to play around 4500 hours to unlock all of it. It's fucking crazy. What's more crazy? You can skip the unlocking part and get all…

Electronic Arts removed the refund button from Origin

OK it's been crazy today, Steam launched a lot of new currencies on their platform. GOG apologized for higher prices in Poland and promised to contact developers/publishers to change that (they are higher than Steam's right now which isn't quite nice considering GOG is a Polish store). Anyway it's been pretty loud on reddit today that EA Games had removed the refund button from their system and if you want…

Soon they will add Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2 to the catalog! Check it out over here. First 7 days of the subscription are free. It's a REALLY good deal if you haven't played any of these games before:

Battlefield games are now on sale on Origin + FREE content!

We all know that Battlefield Hardline is a bunch of crap but you can get  Battlefiled 4 in a really nice price. Just open up Origin or go here to see the details. EA is getting really good these days, first Origin Access now another good game On The House. Poll Time: Star Wars Battlefront 2015 – is it true to it’s predecessor?

Just saw the brand new trailer for the upcoming Star Wars movie and I'm just wondering if any of you are playing the latest Star Wars game - Battlefront? I didn't have a chance to participate in beta and I have no idea if it's good or not. Is it true to it's predecessor? EA changes refund policy in Australia

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has successfully pressured EA into changing its refund policy in the country. EA had previously refused to offer refunds for games purchased through Origin. Anyone with a faulty game purchased through Origin can contact EA for help. This applies to games bought from January 2012 and later. “Businesses such as EA selling digitally downloadable goods cannot avoid their responsibilities under the Australian Consumer Law just because…

E3: Amazing experience for the first time ever! WTF

That was sarcasm indeed. Are you watching the E3 right now? Have you seen Xbox and EA conference? Microsoft didn't show anything good (a Halo remake? really? that's it? no PC love?), EA had some good moments with Sims 4, the new Dragon Age and possibly another Mass Effect game - skipping all that sport games, not into that. And by the way why the fuck are the guys on SPIKE…

It’s Getting Ridicules. The Next Awesome Humble Bundle. This time: EA-Games (UPDATE)

Update 8/27/2013: Last 24 hours on the Humble Origin Bundle before the sale ends.
If you want to own a bunch of AAA EA-titles, and find comfort that your money will help people in need, here is your chance.

Last week they added two more games to the bundle. The Red Alert 3 standalone expansion Uprising, and the very old Populous god game from 1998. You get these additional games if you either pay the current average ($4.92), or you bought the bundle already previously. So check your Humble account.

If you bought the bundle for Sims3 check back too. They replaced some Sims 3 keys, and fixed the problems with code redeeming for the Date Night items.
