Oh sorry I had no idea ;D it seems that the DLC is around €15 everywhere
You forgot to mention it, that this is not a New Game, but instead it’s just a DLC, that they can buy it separatedly, for a way more cheap price, if you have the stardard version of the game and also this Enhanced Edition will be available for everyone who owns the game, so this means, that they should buy only the DLC, but not the whole game.
