Here’s a quick look at It came from space, and ate our brains. This game is a nice wave shooter where you have to put down some nasty aliens, check it out below :D

It’s a small indie game created by Triangle Studios, it allows single player and coop multiplayer (online and local!) gameplay modes – which should be a lot more fun in the latter. The multiplayer is cross-platform and locally it supports split screen. Here are some screenshots:

The game doesn’t seem to have any checkpoints I think, at least I haven’t noticed any so basically you have to play the longest you can while buying various weapons and items. You start with a simple pistol which is pretty powerful, you can upgrade to shotgun, machine gun, plasma gun, laser gun and finally a rocket launcher.

You have various items available as well such as mines and beams. You earn points to buy those by killing the aliens or picking up special random packages on the map.

Is this game amazing? Probably not but it’s fun! If you’re looking for some nice local coop/online coop game to play with your buddies it is worth it’s price.
