I can’t believe they have finally done that, Steam now offers refunds but there are a couple of rules you need to read. Basically Valve will issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within 14 days of purchase, and the title has been played for less than two hours. That’s it!
No more losing money on shitty pre-orders like the last Assassin’s Creed game, if you don’t like it, if it’s shit or your PC turns out too slow you can get your money back, I guess they must have done that to gain more people, maybe Steam sales are dropping over time?
The best thing is it’s not a fictional refund to your Steam Wallet but and actual refund:
You will receive the refund in Steam Wallet funds or through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
