   Achievements work in retail version too, without Steam.

   And besides if you register the game on Steam it won’t matter, you can still play retail version only.

   Well, I don’t have the free weekend subscription. Ah, nevertheless I think staying with this off Steam is better, I can live without the achievements and still have multiple account support (which I don’t know if it’ll stay when activated on steam…)

   You will not be able to activate the Unreal Tournament 3 retail CD Key if you already have the free weekend subscription. You will be able to activate the key after the weekend.

   Well, this didn’t seem to work with my Polish collectors edition of UT3 :(
