The only rule is that you can’t have DOTA 2 on your Steam account already or you have to convince me that your friend needs it, oh and of course 1 person = 1 copy of DOTA 2.

it’s not the spectator client, restart steam, few people messaged me and restarting steam fixed it. dota 2 had problems with servers yesterday.
