   Zsuzsanna obviously doesn’t respond personally to these mails. There is a team examining the complaints, then automatic answers are being sent.

   Recieved this as well.

   I wonder, though, if you all recieved it on your native language, considering this Zsuzsanna is Hungarian, why didn’t I get it in Hungarian?
