You can see C&C1 and RA1 on that site too, which have been free for months or years now. So don’t break a sweat. :)

For Command & Conquer 2 Tiberian Sun there should be no problem in Vista/Win7.
For the two other much older games please read carefully the “Installation Instructions”. It explain in detail how to install and make compatible with Vista/Win7. You can even play Multiplayer. :)
