    You can also get the free version on Steam!!
    Just download the demo, and then you have the free version :D
    The game does not update through Steam, but their own client :)

    I just took a look at Battleforges FAQ and found a question saying “What is the recommended retail price of the box?”

    Answer: “The recommended retail price is 30 Euros.”

    People who buy Battleforge in retail get 3000 points for getting booster and tome packs (new cards). Also, if you play it for free, you can’t use auction house, trade cards and send mail until you reach lvl4 in PvE or lvl10 in PvP.
    Don’t start flame war until you hear complete story ;)

    I do believe the limitations are lifted as soon as you reach a certain level.

    Almost exactly the same as the full game, you are limited to 32 cards (whatever that means) and full version has more.

    But still charging 50€ for this when you can get lets say 95% of the game for free is pure bullshit.

    You mean this game is 100% free? With no upgrade possibilities like Savage 2? You get exactly the same by buying it from steam as if you downloaded it for free?
