You can now purchase Tales of Monkey Island Complete Season at 75% off on GamersGate. The complete edition contains all the five chapters of Tales of Monkey Island. The price varies depending on region. I have no idea if it’s redeemable on Steam though, you need to check it yourself somehow, I couldn’t find any info on that.
