Gameplanet and Gamers Gate have very uncomfortable way to show their weekend deals. They actually don’t have such feature :(
thanks slay for this post, and I’ve updated the Weekend Deals with the usual logo in the beginning
Also, GOG.com has a “hidden” gem of the week, Arx Fatalis
Definitely a game worth owning especially if you’re an RPG fan.
http://www.gog.com/en/editorial/hidden_gem_of_the_week_arx_fatalis/
hidden gems at GOG are always $1.00 off ( about 17% )
Off-topic: slay, please tell me how to contact you about L4D2 pre-order.
Thank you.
@West99 I may suggest over PM at the forum. You can use the direct link below.

thanks stranded, do you have any tool to create such image? or is it plain photoshop?
added arx fatalis
Yo Slay, there are different 5£/5$ deals on D2D for US shop and for UK shop. There are very nice deals for EA games on UK D2D: Red Alert 3 and Mirror’s Edge and some games on US shop are available worldwide too: Battlestations: Pacific and Delta Force… It would be great to add links to both shops.
slay I will send you the PSD later
Good job Slay.
fix-cz: I did my deal article based on UK shop. Those items you mentioned (Red Alert 3 and Mirror’s Edge) are included in that 5th Anniversary deal :)
As D2D UK shop is cheaper than US then I think that it’s okay to show only 1 shop deals :) But we will see.
Thanks, glubbar! :)
That Impulse section is real pain, item names always are moving around when editing the post :D
aaand idk about u but i found hawx and endwar on amazon.co.uk for even less.
Well, amazon doesn’t offer digital download.
When you buy on amazon, then there will be added VAT + shipping costs + local country customs duties, so this means that final price is lots higher.
So I made an test and result is:
Items: £12.51
Postage & Packing: £9.58
And that doesn’t include my customs tariff
sorry, forgot to say that I tested with “Tom Clancy’s HAWX” and total price was £22,09 or so :)
If you are in UK, then sometimes shipping is free. And when you are from UK, then there is one site http://www.hmv.com, who has always good offers and discounts for retail items. In hmv is hawx £11.99 and Free Delivery in UK.
