The Greenhouse is a game store brought together by Penny Arcade and Hothead Games. It launched in April 2008 to support the launch of our first title, Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness. They have bigger plans, but they’re not ready to talk about them yet.
How does it work?
At Green House you can buy games and download them. The first time you play a game, there is a one-time Internet authentication – after which you’re good to go.
Direct2Drive just released a pack with some of the best indie games. Some of them are registerabale on Steam, which means buying them there allows you to registred the CDKEY on Steam ;)
What do we have in the pack? COGS, Defense Grid*, Democracy 2, The Path and Zeno Clash* (source engine game, Steam only, mini-review here).
All games are available worldwide!
Edit: They have fixed the demo installation link, yay.

Valve should provide us regional news, if we have the prices different all over the world why can’t we have news for some regions only? Why do I want that? See this:
They’re fucking crazy to even use currency in the news, it’s just making things worse.
PS
The game looks cool on screenshots but clicking on the demo doesn’t do anything, broken as most of the times.
See it yourself by clicking here.
