That isn’t quite right, as far as I’ve understood, you get to choose another game with the same value as the one you bought.
Yep you get to choose a free game for an equal amount of money you spend on the bought one. So its a 50% off in the best case, but you get it on a game of your desire which is not a bad thing.
I have to pass on this offer no matter the bonus – still have tons of games in my backlog.
