They’re doing that to prevent cheating, and also probably for people who just stop by only for the prizes.
This is stupid, I had been in the steam group since when it was made, didn’t register here, I taught that it was useless since I can verify the updates in the steam community…

You need some terms and conditions.
For example, just be sure to check people are over 13 because they are not allowed to play lottery in some country otherwise.
in others, you may need to specify a lottery date, details of prices, declare it if whole prizes are worth more than 500$… 20 * 25$ keys is easily reached.
