I just want to warn you guys that there are lots of scammers on ebay.
It irritates me to see all those 'good deals' on ebay. So one day i decide to bid on a Deus Ex key and won it at 16 USD. The seller simply never replied after i made payment.
Im lucky its just 16 usd and there goes my allowance for 2 days.

Who buys cd-keys on ebay???????????????????? 
We have here a number of CD-Key stores that are active here, so you always can get a technical support and see recommendations of users who purchased from them.

I have seen people account getting suspended for this…
reason: those CDKEYS may have been bought with stolen credit cards.

Guys, here is a new site that comprares the prices of legitimate cd-keys over the major sites. I used it and all was good; got a great price.

Yes, I would stay away from Ebay, I have been burnt a few times now also :(

Indeed, there is nothing wrong if you have games from different countries on your account. If it activates, it's legit. And it will work.
The only problem with foreign games, like the RU based keys, that they come with Russian language sometimes, and you will have to do some extra work after every patch to make it English for example. My Modern Warfare 2, and Black Ops are the same. They are russian, and I have to find the missing files with Google. But they work. And they were cheap.
