yes, those games will be uncut… i live in austria so most games are uncut for me… but not all. cod:mw2 is sold cut here and i got it from amazon.co.uk.
that game is uncut for me while my friends who got it from local retailers have the cut version…
and i think i remember a case where a german guy gifted a game in the US and that american guy could only play it in german… so it should work the other way around too

If you are interested i could help you out with someone from canada .
I buy sometimes games with him – exactly for the same reason like you.
( and trust him so far , because i think he don't want to risk his 160+ Games steam acc because of some gift frauds ..)
Also i could ask my brother – he lives in the UK , but i don't now if he is interested in something like this.

you will need multiple accounts with multiple ISP's IP's etc because after a while steam will simply block all gifting until you contact support, then they will ask for verification etc and what gifts are for blah blah, also they will then limit you gifts to 2 per day only lol

I'm looking for someone who can gift me R.U.S.E. with Bonus (preffered USD or GBP), as long as it's cheaper or equal 45€.
I can pay with PayPal (preffered) or MoneyBookers and will include all fees for you of course.

10% discount is only for the game without bonus content. it costs $49.99 minus 10% off $44.99
Ruse + Bonus content costs $49.99 and no discounts

Yeah it's a bit tricky ^^
The game is 44,99€ "Standard" (10% preorder discount) and 49,99€ with Bonus-Content (no discount…).
29,99 GBP for the "With-Bonus-Version" is about 36,50€, with PayPal fees it's ~32 GBP which is 38,50€. Still 13€ cheaper. Hooray!
I like to support Ubisoft with this title to show my support in customer "friendly" DRM (DRM isn't really customer friendly, but Steam is way better than UbiLauncher), but I don't want to spent more money on it than neccessary.
