russian steam has no paypal and my wallet still uses my debit card to add funds so i cant even do that. would adding funds to the wallet in australia then switching to russia work?

Although I don't recommand it, but even if it worked…
I would recommand you create a new account for your game purchase… then gift it to your primary account.
and do not ever use that account again for purchasing, make new account everytime you want to gift yourself.
BUT for how little you could save… does it worth risking your Steam account for this mess?
I don't know about you… but I would never even try…
