I'm just sitting in the expensive part of Europe, so I searched dozens of forums to find a chance to buy steam games in Dollars or GBP.

I only found posts of frustrated users, getting banned or sth else.

The only way is in having a British or US friend, who buys the game and makes u a gift.

But there are a lot of ppl who don't have friends in Britain or USA.
Wouldn't it be cool to build up a friend – gift system, to use this possibility?

Users from Britain who buy the games for you and get a litte pocket money for doing it, so everybody profits?

But it wouldn't be selling and buying, more doing à favor for à "friend" and getting à 1-2 pound tip for it.
And steam wouldn't investigate if someone makes 1 gift for his 3-5 friends per month.

So if we try to build up such à system, every British or US user should be able to buy à game per month from these tips.
