can anyone help, i.ve got empire total war on my steam account, how do i remove it and reset cd key.

The support team may help you removing it, but I'm sure they won't make your cd key work again.(That's what you mean with reset, right?) They don't want you to sell the game to anyone else.
Anyway, try it.
