Hello there!
Just wanted to tell you, that yesterday, i bought id super pack, red nation and serious sam hd with my credit card and everything worked.
Today, i wanted to buy alpha prime, but steam gives me a negative response, that my credit card was declined. I tried the one of my mother, and it also didn't work, giving me the same error.
As i searched through the steam forums, i found that loads of people are having issues with their credit cards now.
I already submitted a support ticket, hoping that steam support is faster than usually, so i dont miss the 24 hour deals….

This happens when you buy a lot and Steam just blocks your card, contact the support and they will take off whatever is blocking it. This happened to me numerous times after purchasing few titles daily last year.

I made a registration in paypal just to buy my card too is refused from steam, don't know why
That was the first days when i used the card(2-3 months after i got it..)
VISAAAAAAAAAA RULZ!

And the lock will be aplied again and again until you stop buying on Steam for like a month. I had this problem and it's fucked.

That's why we use PayPal kids.. I personally payed like twice directly with the card.. then I discovered PayPal and I won't change back now.. :)

Never saw any fee at the checkout.. However there is a fee for money transfer between accounts.

I got lost on my 50 euros… 10 when buying games… and for sadly i have no job and want two games and can't buy them because of paypal…
