Hi everyone,
I've just registered here on the forum, but I'm a regular visitor to the SU website.
And I am looking for a friend…..
But seriously,
because of Steam Holiday Sale I am looking for a friend, to be specific a friend from USA, who would gift me a game of my choice.
As I understand it: an US citizen can buy Steam titles usually with bigger discounts than European guy (like last BF:BC2 sale…$6…) – am I right?
Can person from USA send a gift to European Steam user (in my case it would be Poland)?
If the answer is yes then I'm looking for a person who lives in US and would gift me when I ask for it. Of course I'm not talking about charity work – I've got PayPal account, and I would send the money in advance.
Best wishes,
R.

I know that Poland is a gamer's Paradise with very cheap prices. But if you want some cheap games in $ I can gift you. I am in doubt you would find here many Americans, because most of members here are Europeans. I don't live in US but I can buy in dollars on steam. Some games are regionally restricted for me and BC 2 was $10 for me because i think it was priced according to UK prices, only converted to dollars, but 99% are the same prices as in STEAM US store.
Anyway, if you want my help, add me on steam (Lethal_Slava).

Hi Slava,
may I add you as a friend too ? Because here in germany there are also game restrictions and the games are realy expensive(compared to US,UK or even PL)
Thanks in advance!
hehe i guess Slava is going to have a looooooot of new friends :D
BTW. yesterday/today deals have interesting prices – some games are cheaper in EUR than USD. Even i gifted some of them to somebody who normally pays in USD :)
Section 8 – 2€ vs $5
Crysis pack – 5€ vs $10

As you know – it's not paradise when it comes to buying on steam. They fucking think we are all rich as Bill Gates in Poland or what? :)
