Well, since my previouse post got hijacked, I'll try posting my experience here.

I purchased Just Cause 2, which was later revoked by Valve.

Send an email to the support mail adr. and today that is 13 days with no asnwer to my refund request..

Digital Just cause 2 have had problems, thats why we only sell scanned images now.  If you give us your order ID we are happy to refund you

Try writing to them using different e-mail address (from completely different domain). They said that they don't receive some emails.

You only put those reviews on the site that are good, i know at least 10 people who wrote a bad review in the past few days on ur site, but they never showed up becasue u never let it, it will good if u let live comments on your review page and then we will see…

I thought they'd be faster in accepting google checkout payments.

It's already been several hours since I've paid via Google Checkout and still no delivery status update from them.

It's not like I'm stealing money from you, I'm actually giving you guys money, so a bit of haste would be appreciated.

 

This is my first experience with this store, I'll submit more feedback once they accept my money.

Okay, my order is shipped.

I used the Autokey system on their website, but surprise:

sc2wol_120days: No keys are currently stored on our online system
for this game. The admins have been notified of this, and will
replenish the keys within 12 hours! You will be notified by email when
the keys have been replenished and are ready for collection!
