Just so you guys know, russian keys are illegal to use.
So if you buy from him, do not be surprised if you get banned from any online play.

No they are not illegal!
You can read Steam and Origin Terms of use and there is nothing mentioned about that!
Also we are offering multilaguage keys!
Customers have the right to decide!
Russian keys are not illegal, they are meant to be used on Russian market but there are no rules saying that you can't activate games in other countries. For example, what if you receive a gift (physical game not Steam gift) and the game would be from Russia, how is that illegal to activate such copy in lets say Germany?
It's not, it's just a game you bought legally. People will always search for cheaper alternative or ways around the system this is how everyone's mind works.

EDIT: He responded to an email I sent mentioning some Paypal delays and it might take a little bit longer. I'm patient.
As we informed our customers PayPal makes our life harder again.We again got limited :(
But we unlimited our account within few days.Now we have a large amount of backorders of Battlefield 3 Limited Edition.
It is because we offer Battlefield 3 Limited Edition which is multilanguage and comes with Back To Karkand and PWP!
Everyone will get their key today or tomorrow!
Let's hope so, I'm one of the clients that paid for a Battlefield 3 LE on Saturday.
I have yet to receive the key.

Same here, purchased it on Saturday through Paypal, money was taken straight away so heres hoping! I did notice however that it is currently "Sold Out" on the website.
It seems like the owners are located in Croatia and it's currently 10 AM Monday morning in Croatia, so hopefully we will hear something soon.
Coming back as promised to share my experience with the store.
I've received the CD-Key yesterday, unfortunately it was for the BF3 regular edition (not limited edition). After explaining the situation to the store owner and providing the proof for it, I was given free of charge a key for the Back to Karkand DLC. Which is pretty much equal to the Limited Edition version, considering that the PWP was enabled for everyone.
So overall:
-appropriate level of communication with the store (I even got an apology for the situation, which is so rare these days),
-timely delivery (considering the problems they had with Paypal)
-best price I could find for BF 3: LE European version
Was really impressed with the positive attitude and if the prices remain this competitive, I'll definitely recommend the store to my friends.

It's unfortunate that this is my first post here, but I figured you deserve a warning.
I paid in full for a Battlefield 3 key on Jan 30 thinking that there would be a quick turnaround as he stated in his last post (Paypal issue was fixed right?)… I verified that all of my Paypal funds went directly into his bank immediately.
But then I waited, and emailed him on Feb 1 for an update when I was then told to wait until Feb 2.
He said they were slow because they recently had a 'National holiday'… so I waited a few more days. No problem…
I'm now getting anxious as it's Feb 5 (6 days after funds cleared), haven't heard anything back since my latest attempt to contact him 2 days ago and have just started the process of pulling my Paypal purchase back (the beauty of Paypal).
Where's he from? Is there even a National Holiday anywhere near the end of January there?
At this point, he either lied on our first transaction, or is just lazy – what's the excuse now? I'll never do business with him again or recommend him to my friends and otherwise potential customers…
Edit: I'll update as this progresses.

You chose refund and we refunded your money back,we explained to all of our customers the problems with weather we had in our country!
