ok, upload a screenshot that shows that I CHARGED BACK my ~11€ by NOW, 23rd January 2012 , 5:42pm GMT

dispute does show nothing since it charges nothing and just requests YOU to SEND BACK my money and cancel the order

And why does your "support" say that I should close the dispute in Paypal before you send back my money? Why can you not just accept the request and send back my money. why would I close the dispute and will never be able to open it again when I have a 50% chance of getting totally scammed by you and a 50% chance that you are trustable this time (why would you be now..) and get back my money.

From the sight of the customer those are doubtful business methods.. If I would offer you "package A" which contains two lottery tickets, one says you win 0€ and one says you win 500€; and another package (named "package B") that contains one lottery ticket that says you would win 500€, then which one would you chose? … replace the amount of money and you will have the question that you are asking me right now.. maybe most of your customers are really dumb as you call them and don't notice that, I don't believe that though

dispute = chargeback same thing as in either case we will just refund and ban, we ask you to close the dispute as most people ask for a replacement and then leave the dispute open so we always ask for the dispute to be closed before we refund.

If this isnt done we will leave it until paypal refunds you which will be up to 30 days later, good old paypal
