HA! Put more higher price, then you will get MORE PIRATED! Now you see by yourself, that 60€ is outrageous price! People simply do NOT have such money. They will go for "try and buy" version. But even if they see that it is good game or when they like it, I doubt that many of people will buy it for such sick price.

December 28, 2009 – According to TorrentFreak, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has been downloaded illegally nearly 4,100,000 times for PC in 2009, topping the list after only releasing just two months ago.
Provided these numbers are indeed accurate, Activision has potentially lost more than $245 million in sales on the PC version alone.
The Sims 3, Prototype, Need for Speed Shift, and Street Fighter IV help round off the top five for the year, all of which appeared on the PC platform.
New Super Mario Bros. Wii was the highest downloaded Wii title with 1,150,000 downloads.
The report notes the total download figures for this year double that of last year's numbers, and that PC remains to be the target for torrent downloads, with more than three times that of the Wii and Xbox 360.

This is nice! I wonder how long Activision needs to figure out that 60€ is the price of a ps3 game, and 40€-50€ is pc games(new ones of course)!
btw did you know that here in austria call of duty 4 modern warfare still costs 60€ for ps3, while cod 5 waw costs 50€ and cod:mw2 also costs 60€. now thats a fail!

I see no problem here. I do this with every game I buy. If I like it I buy it. I do this since I buy games and I have never played any game longer then 30minutes – rest of game after I buy it. We have wise saw in Czech which says "Nekupuj zajíce v pytli" which means something like "Don't buy anythink you can see/try". There is no demo, video footage isn't sufficient so what alternative I have ?
I know lot of ppl claim this but when I come it buying they just say " It too expensive" or "I"ll wait ultill price drop" and when price drop they say "Why would I buy it when I finished that game long time ago and I no longer play it".

Just a little correction, Betonáři. The saying literally is "Don't buy a hare/rabbit in a bag"
Anyway. I bought my MW2 from former OKS for like 30€. L4D2 cost me 22€, so I guess 30 is kinda just.
Truth is, there are a lot of bugs, glitches and it feels like yet another console port. IWNet fails a lot. Hackers, campers, laggers.. knifers, shotgun/tuube noobs..atc. It's rewarding to unlock stuff and the game is very addictive in that way. And If you haven't played Spec Ops in co-op, you miss a lot too. Hopefully IW will wake up some day and fix everything, then MW2 would truly be the best game of the last 10 years at least.
