So.. sorry for this newbie question..
First i'll buy from other cheap keystoresites
and then can i sell cdkeys for a bigger price on my online site?
Im from germany/swiss..
i'm very interesting in this marketing scheme..
So i hope anyone can help me and can say with facts if its 100% legal or illegal..
i dont want to take risks there..! So how looks the law?

You can't just go and start selling stuff on your own unless you want to get caught by your government for not paying the taxes. At first you need to open up your own business I guess.
I doubt you need to register a business.
Many governments allow small one person operations to go about what they do with merely a trading number. In Australia its called a Australian Business Number. You are effectively a sole trader.
Have a look on your countries tax website.

Yeah i know, that i have to register my business.
But when i sell now SteamKeys or OriginKeys it is legal here in Europe?
Steam / EA / Origin says no its not legal.. but why then are so much keysellers out there?
Are they going on anonymous proxys that they cant catch by their own government?
I really interested because our marcet here are not very big. we have many gamers here but not many business online key sellers.. so and i dont want talk to these guys because of own competitive and false answers..

so i know how to start my business what i have to do first and whatever.. but i dont want investigate much and later i'll recieve an email from steam; yeh you'll become a letter and maybe next month u have to go to judgment..
