I bought Napoleon Total War few days ago. Got an email in less than 15 min with Napoleon Total War + Elite Regiment cd-keys and a scan of box/dvd. Activated and installed both cd-keys on Steam. Still works great.
Wow! 20 minutes from payment to scanned key!
I`m gonna enjoy Battlefield BC2 and hopefully I`ll buy again from them!

I've got from Keys4.me 4 keys in total. 2 of them were for steam (Napoleon and Lead and Gold) and 2 Ubisoft's Keys (Assassin's Creed 2 and Settlers 7). All work flawlessly, knocking the wood. I know that some Settlers 7 keys bought in the net were banned by Ubisoft but mine is still working (another prove of a quality products keys4.me sells)

Just bought BFBC2 from keys4.me (with the 10% discount using the "unpowered" coupon)
9 minutes between order confirmation (paid with Paypal) and the email with the key (and attached scan of the original box)
Indeed, very fast considering that the orders are manually processed
I contacted the support in the meantime (because I didn't know that it was manually processed until I received the confirmation email and, was worried it would take ages to receive the key), using their web-based "live chat" system.
The staff (Chris) answered immediately, and was very nice.
The price was very reasonable (HK$ 165, compared to HKD 300 on the EA store)
Would also buy again from them.

Was it one of the newer listed products you tried to apply the discount coupon to?
Unfortunately there was an error with the coupon code and it was only being applied to games added to our catalogue over 3 weeks old.
As long as your order is greater than 10€ then this should now be working. Please let us know if you have any further problems.

this store keeps getting only positive feedback since it introduced itself here, and people are fast to cry about their troubles then to give a positive feedback so i dare to suppose that there are no unsatisfied clients of keys4.me. that's why taking into consideration my personal positive experience with this store i think you can buy this game from Keys4.me and sleep calm in the night

I buy 2 keys Napoleon Total War and Mount & Blade. Get delivery via Mail and SMS.
No Problems at the moment. 
Haven't bought it yet, pondering of just buying it retail here since I get a 10% student discount.
Still makes the game cost 55€ :/
Really great service, which speaks English very well, I was really pleased to do buisness with them and have no regrets so far.
Other then G2Plays service I was treated well here and, well, it was great to buy from them.

Chris: As long as nothing strange happends with your paypal payment in future then you are welcome to purchase without the need for this verification again.

@keys4.me why you don't list the game Mount and Blade: Warband in "steam downloadable" category on your site? According to steam this game can be registred there. Maybe you have cd-keys in some other format than the one required by steam?

Yes, they keys we sell can`t be downloaded via Steam but can be downloaded directly from Telltale games :)

I bought Mass Effect 2 three week ago, The key worked on EADM and is still valid so no problem.
Just one thing, the cerberus key (needed for free DLC) was not include.
I may probably buy again on keys4.me
How exactly does the Cerberus Network work?
- Included in each copy of Mass Effect 2 for both PC (digital
and box) and X360 there is a Cerberus Network card with a unique
single-use activation code. From the Mass Effect 2 main menu in game,
follow the instructions to register your code with the Cerberus Network.
Once you are a member you will gain access to FREE additional content.
Currently we have announced Zaeed, the deadly bounty hunter, the
Cerberus Assault Gear, and a bonus N7 mission with more content on the
way. Cerberus Network codes can be purchased separately as well. Follow
the instructions from the Mass Effect 2 main menu for more information.
How to Redeem and activate Cerberus
Online Redemption
- Go to the Code Redemption page
- Sign in with your existing account or create a new account (make sure to sign in using the exact same account that you used on social.bioware.com)
- Enter the Cerberus code
- Upon successful redemption load the game and login
Probably this redemption card was missed or keys4.me just sent you only a cd-key not paying attention to that card. If they could re-check your box it would be nice
