So can you tell me and my friend where's our Shift 2 keys???

It´s not enough that you answer "we're now fixing our website"

You don't answer to our emails!

As we answered before:

"our site is under construction which mean we stopped any work
activity in the site until we solve all payment methods and scams that
we had through paypal.

We haven't sent any of Shift Unleashed because it's not in stock at the moment."

When we get back to fully activity, first thing we will do is send the Pre-ordered games.

And as we answered in the other thread, send your details to: support@intkeys.com and it will be much easier to assist you.

If intkeys is legit I must be their most unlucky customer in the history of the website. I literally bought the witcher 2 more than 3 days ago. Not only have I not received the key but now their support team is accusing me of trying to scam them. I tried for 2 days to be reasonable and see if I could actually get the key, then I gave up and asked for a refund. The support rep sent me an e-mail stating that pay-pal will always side with the seller when it comes to in-tangible items, so there was no point in me filing a dispute. Needles to say this only fueled the fire and i immediately filed a dispute, I now am waiting to the point where I can escalate the dispute to a claim.

I recently spoke with two pay-pal representatives, and unfortunately some of what the ass hole inkteys support rep said is true, but filing a claim will still leave a black mark on their record making it more likely that they face penalty. Another thing people can do if you get scammed is file a complaint at this site http://www.econsumer.gov/

Any ways even if I'm amongst the few people who this has occurred to, is it really worth the risk? If you think it is, then by all means go for it and buy from them. But don't be surprised if you end up in the same boat as me. So far I've paid for horrible customer support and threats.

And yes I did sign up to bash them, because Im convinced the majority of people within forums supporting them are associates or actually employees of intkeys. How about this for you skeptics, go to intkeys website spend 5 mins in their english support chat, and watch at how many people come in describing the same situation I'm in. And then read the responses these admins have, they are the most un-proffesional customer service reps in the history of any company I've dealt with. They also have no power in getting things done, they just tell you, "its coming" "we sent it" our "company is legit, and people who claim scam are rival competitors".

Thank you for the post. As you can read here  intkeys received a lot of complaints about BF3 and SteamUnpowered's admin is actually thinking about putting them on the disapproved stores list which you can find there.

Anyway please consider that keystores really get scammed a lot by costumers, so it is kinda hard to decide who is wrong… It can happens that an email isn't delivered properly and I don't know if they can know that or no…  Some stores uses a system that stores permanently the cdkey on the user account and this can help fighting this kind of scams.

I'm sure that you are not a "cheater" and you really didn't receive your email but please try to "wear their shoes" for a while.

If they started to scam on pupose, well… then they really deserve a lot of pain… Else… I don't know :)

Well not having the correct e-mail address is in-excusable in my case, due to them sending the order confirmation and the threatening e-mails successfully.  Not sure how they could address those messages to the right destination but couldn't manage to do the same with the CD-Key.

Do NOT use Intkeys.

I bought Call of duty MW3 and SW-TOR it´s been 4 days. Only received an automatic e-mail "order being processed" and that´s all. They dont reply e-mails. There´s supposedly a "live chat" for members but it doesnt work at all. I havent found any Facebook profile as they state on their page.

Also there´s a "10% politics of refunding" in case you dont receive your key in max 24 hours, but I have no faith I´ll se any 10% refund. Im really concerned to have spent more than $100 in a site wich doesnt even reply to e-mails.

Im not complaining about delay in the process. Im complaining about the lack of return or replies. These are guys are NOT PROFESSIONALS.

I really hope to see a reply from Intkeys. My message to you guys: if you cant afford the amount of orders you must have, simply leave the job to those who can.

Hello,

Im new here, so i dont wanna try to be a dickhead or anything like that.

But 10hours after buying a key for F1 2011 i still dont have the key!

As your site showed that the support over Skype = online i tried to contact you guys, but for some reason no body wants to answer me. Send 2 emails and didn't receive anything, 12hours later still nothing?

Is this a scam? Or slow service? Or do you guys have any problems on the site currently?

Please response back will ya,

Regards

KimboCake,

Patrick 't Hoen
