Last night I ordered BF:BC2 from GameKeyDistrict – The key arrived within a few hours. 30-60 minuttes after I received the key I tried to activate and download the game, but unfortunatly I got the message, that the key was already in use.
I emailed the store to complain about twelve hours ago, but have still not heard from them. What can I do?

I had my key that I got from GameKeyDistrict removed from EADM maybe you had bad luck and got your key immediately banned by EA.
Anyway I would suggest if they don't offer you a replacement that works or a refund in the next 12 hours.
You either open a paypal dispute or in case you payed with a credit card simply charge back the money yourself.
BTW: check your spamfilter just in case the email got blocked.

This is the first case I've heard of. How long did it work? Did they give any reason for removing your key?

I'm got the key 05. March I'm not sure the exact day because I didn't had log-in into EADM for a while. I noticed it was missing from my gamelist 20 March.
It sometimes happen that keys are region locked. As exsample in BF2142 keys from Asia where banned from european IP's. To prevent gray-imports. There is not much you can do about it.
EA just say I should get a refund from the unauthoriszed reseller.

YOu did complain but there is a time difference between your country and my country and I am only a one man company and I have to take care of everything including my personal life also.I was busy with my girlfriends birthday so thats why was not able to reply you.Anyways you can tell me whether you want a refund or a replacement.Waiting for ur reply

You should please mention that I have offered you a replacement in cas the key is disabled from multiplayer during any period of time whether its a month or a year.

What region are your keys from? Just a bit curious after reading Dragoons post.
Anyway, if my new key would be locked out because of region, will I still be able to get a refund then?
If yes, then I would like a replacement.
If no, then I would like a refund.

The problem is I can't dl it from EADM anymore unlike all the other games I got activated on EADM. I can't reinstall the game. You offered me first a new key but the referred me to torrents.
Of cause the whole point of buying a Steam or EADM key is to download directly from official Valve-Content or EA servers. Because you have then a legitimate digital download version of the game.
Edit: Since I can still log in into the game. I'm not sure how to handle the issue and thinking about it. Sooner or later I will have to reinstall the game and then I'm fucked.
I'm planing to upgrade soon my dual core with a i5 quad core. Then I have to reinstall.

Wait, so the key still actually works, as in, you can play the game and the multiplayer, right?

Just a update!
The first key I got did not work (already in use). Got a second key 10 minuttes ago, same problem. Mailed them back (and got a really fast answer) – this time I got a scanned image of a cd and key. This time it does work – downloading right now. Hope it continues to work :-)

Hello,
Looking further into your account, (removed my Email for privacy),
it appears your Battlefield Bad Company 2 CD key was disabled on the
servers as the game was purchased but the purchase was later disputed as
a fraudulent charge.
As the game was reported as a fraudulent
purchase by the card holder, the entitlement was disabled and the game
purchase was refunded. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this issue, I
am unable to overturn this decision and return the game access to you.

Dude I can understand your problem but as I said in our previous email conversation that I had offered you lifetime replacement guarantee.The problem occured coz of our supplier and the same problem occured on all other sites also.

This isn`t true. It will only have happend on sites that buy from unrealisticly low priced suppliers, ie, suppliers who are hiding in countries which are un-touchable using stolen credit cards etc, places from the far east, china etc.
