Here is the email I just got and I have had a similar one a few times now. Even requesting a photo of my licence, they actualy asked for photo scan of my licence about 4 times in the last 20 transactions.

 

Here is the email:

The only two email addresses I use is 1 for paypal and 1 for G2PLAY like I always have. If i don't get my key in the next 2 hours I will do a charge back with my credit card and G2PLAY can go and jusp as I have had enough. I will tell all my clan members to shop elsewhere to for reliability.

 

They get their effin money so I don't see the fucking problem.

Do you have the same email in your profile and PyPal? I think they have so many clients that they don't remember if you sent them your ID's scan in the past. Their support sucks too. So if you feel bad, just don't buy from them any more. They may be big and known, but believe me there are cheaper and better options. And most of them are active here. What game do you want to buy and what price was at G2PLAY? Write here and we can suggest you something

You know it's quite funny they don't remember you have send your ID scan in the past.

This means they actually honor their privacy statement and G2play don't store your ID but delete it immediately afterwards. Of course and that's the LOL, the safety of your private data now becomes annoyingly inconvenient. However why not save the grief everytime and just change your g2play email to your paypal email as they mentioned.
