I am your customer and bought 2 games without any troubles, but I have a feeling your support hardly knows English. I sent a message where I asked a question about Assassin's creed 2. I explained that before i bought only Steam keys and in this case I need to find an image of this game. I wanted to know was it a basic version or the Deluxe (because in the description of the game you mentioned deluxe edition). In the answer from G2play i was asked about the number of my order. I tried to explain that I hadn't ordered anything and i asked this questions because i was afraid to pay 40$ and stuck with the key i can't use becaues i would find a wrong game image. I was answered that if i bought this game there was no option to refund it (not very promising answer, that tells you that if you bought the non-working key we will not refund you or change the key). On this i gave up.
Finally i bought a key much cheaper than you sold (26.70$ on keys4.me) and with a great support and help that understood me and my English pretty well.
My clan mates also ordered Left 4 Dead 2 after my successful order and all 4 of them had problems getting the key. So I have a feeling that if all is ok it's cool but if something goes wrong it's a real pain in the ass to communicate with your support.

I don't beleive! G2play began to answer here! If you paid attention to my posts i posted in every place that i bought 2 games from you and all were fine. but if something goes wrong it's difficult to communicate with your support
