I have just purchase and received a working key for Starcraft 2, in a little under 40 mins. That's pretty good for a Sunday morning.
I get the impression from the post that the major issue with them is their lack of communication skills. Their requests seem to be reasonable, for the most part, mostly just being protective against fraud. They quite clearly state that you can blank out all other information on your ID.
As long as my key isn't sold to anyone else (I doubt it will, but can't be sure), then I have no reason to distrust them.
PS. Blacklisted keys may not be their fault,it could be the software companies being dicks, it's just unfortunate that they won't give you a fresh key if you don't actually have the box.
