Yea its actually EA DRM policy and not cd key stores fault.Even though lately g2plays reputation has been going down.

NOw I have been noticing that valve is disabling uncut games on steam germany like mw2 uncut and ob uncut ,l4d2 uncut because of german censoring laws. Now tell us if someones games gets disabled due to these laws then is it the fault of cdkey stores??

Now instead of cd key site replace it with a UK retail store.SOmeone bought l4d2 from UK from game.co.uk  and used it in germany and suddenly the game is disabled coz of german laws coz it was uncut.SO is it game.co.uk fault or german customers fault or german laws fault.

Even though Germany is under EU it censorship laws overrules Trade laws .SO in this case as a sort of retailer it isnt a cd key site owners fault .The customers should have thought of the laws while purchasing the game and now if after 6 months they come and say refunde or replace then I am sorry my friends its not possible.

So what I mean to say is if keys gets disabled due to DRM policies then it is not keystores fault.Customers should reach EA drm policy thoroughly before reinstalling os or reformatting or changing pc.

Epic Fails, sorry :p

Germany has his own censorship law, but its legal breakable with import. If steam censor an imported game then they breaks the law. German customer breaks only the law if the game is banned from Germany (Manhunt, etc). The german customer have many experience to get her uncut Games :D.

If i buy a game from uk (retail or key) and activate on my german steam account then its uncut. I use steam since 2003 and all my uk Gamekeys are uncut. If steam changes this…they loose a good customer :D.

Now g2play…

I have many keys from many countries…but only the g2play keys are fraudly ähmm sorry…break the rules due DRM policies…hehe sure, sure.

I buy keys from keys4.me, g2play and many other stores…but in the last time i have only problems with g2play.

Everyone can decide for themselves where they buy their software.

The fact: I lost 71 Euro @ G2play and the Support ignores me.

Just my 2 cents :p

  1. I may be only halve German but it really piss me off when people tell lies about my country no matter Brazil or Germany.

Germany is one of the most free and liberal countries in the world. Germany doesn't censor anything. German is not Iran.

What Germany does is to regulate the access of moral questionable content that may effect development of young people.

It makes sure that games, video or any kind of media that contain for example hardcore sex, the display slaughter of human beings or the torture of animals is not freely available to minors. Games like L4D or Modern Warfare 2 that are not suitable for children doest easily fall into their hands. When for example a game is considered harmful for children and put on the "Index" there are certain regulations that must be followed to prevent access for minors. This doesn't mean it's banned, every adult has the right to consume the game if want too.

Not only that but parent are even allow to buy L4D2 uncut and give it to their 8 year old boy if they think it's OK. Because Germany is a free country that gives parents the right to educate their children how they see fit.

Germany has no law that that censor content for adults unless the content violates the rules set in the constitution. And even if things get banned because they violate the constitution of Germany they can still be owned under certain circumstances. Let's say a game got banned because it's about drowning kittens in a bag and I bought it before got banned. I am still allowed to own and play it. But I can' sell it, lend it or show it to other persons especially children's which would be a crime.

Please people stop embrassing yourself with "assumptions", "hearsay" or wiki knowledge. Just read the fucking law.

Another Epic Fail, sorry :D

Germany has the hardest "youth law" (jugendschutzgesetz) in europe

Two Authorities inspect Computer Games.

If the authorities will not grant the classification (0,3,6,12,16,18) of the game then they game get banned.

Banned: no public sale, no advertisment, etc, etc.  But every adult can buy the game. -> no public sale ^^…You are right: Germany doesn't censor anything but with this classification they force the gaming industry.

After 4 Amoklauf? (i dont know the word in english) in Schools the germany goverment wants be ban violent computer games.

They write this since over 6 years in her coaltionscontracts. All parties are in agreement except one (The Pirates = Die Piraten).

@ Dragoon: If you get CODMW2 with the airport mission in "no public sale" as adult in germany than we can discuss about the fucking youth law. Cry

The problem are: The gamning industry deliver not always but often censored games. You are 18 and you get a fucking censored game...and now pls back to topic -> g2play

I think that shop owners should be discreet and not let feelings including hatred takr over the polite way of communication. So I think that giving dirty names to others is pretty childish and shouldn't be in vocabulary of shop owners.

To play or not to play – what question is that?!

nothing against u draggon i like that u say u are "halve" german, but i think u was a long time not here or anyone tell u not the truth about this country. since wolfgang schäuble was the minister/senator of internal security of germany we life under hard rules. this link show u something here…

everything what sounds funny in this video is not funny because its law in germany

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v…..f-1mEb8EBM

and here somethin against the rules out of the eu. what is the same like the community fo middel-america and north-america.

http://ec.europa.eu/informatio…..dex_en.htm

the BUNDESVERFASSUNGSGERICHT ( its something like the biggest instance of justice in germany ) say its forbidden now to save our data over 6 months and no one control the delete of it.

and now we see here some crimes comin up where the police prove the crimes with the data which should been deleted since 2 months. yeah thats germany ….in german the police is very angry. i will not say everyone is a *** but u know only a little group out of it are normal guys like they should be in this job.

http://www.google.de/search?q=…..=firefox-a

look on youtube its not a little bit funny to tell not he truth about germany. so dont get angry if your meaning tell u a other sight of the reality in germany which is not true….

edit:

in germany was never a crime of terrorism where a human get killed or injured. there was one kind of stupid mistake with the "sauerland-gruppe". they was planing a bomb-attack but the police take under surveillance and the sauerland-gruppe was knowing very early that they are under surveillance. and the final was a caught of the 3 mens where the police did so much mistakes again and it was for on men possible to run away.

so why we life here under the strongest rules against terrorism? fight a war against the " terrorism"? we can not win in afghan because the taliban and the culture are stronger that we can believe. alexander der große was there and get beatin with more people like russians come later….the american gave them weapons to fight against the choppers and now the americans get beatin with his own weapons. and we too…

im a patriot i like my country. the history of it before the 1910 begun….the land of thinkers and poets. or it was ….

and back2topic

got a alien VS predator key from a friend over g2play. he is registrated since 1 year or so and he dont ahve to send an id or anything else. i got the key ….activate and everything works. i can not buy this game here and i dont get a scan but it works.

Sure when a game is put on the index it faces the same regulation like porn, but the last time I check porn was freely available to anyone 18 years or above. I doesn't count the Internet in obviously. In that case it's available for everyone that can use a mouse. :D

That AvP was not released in Germany was not by law, but because Activision choose so. Germany laws are better than most because other countries simply ban media they don't think should be put into child hands. No one is allowed to buy it anymore. A media put on the index A is not banned and still allowed to be sold to anyone 18 years or older. It just have to face regulations how it's be sold, and parents are still allowed to buy an index A game and give it to their children if the choose so!

Also often forgotten is that most games are developed with the US market in mind. So these game already face "censoring" during development, or even initial design stages. We all now how US reacts to nudity but they knack for blood and violence.

I remember Gothic 1 an RPG developed for the German market. I think there was only 1 girl in the whole game and it was taking a bath nude, with visible nipples. Bare breast are so ordinary in Germany like bare asses on a Brazilian beach. No here gives a fuck about nipples. Jesus I get pussy 7am Sunday on free TV.

Of course as the game was going to be released for the US they had to censor the nipples. They gave her a bra and add additional blood effects to the game.

Or how about GTA San Andreas facing criticism for you could download a mod from the Internet and unlock an otherwise not accessible mini-game that simulates sex, with your pants on. For that the game got a new rating from previously 16 to 18 years.

LOL seriously? A game where you can sell drugs, shoot cops and mug innocent pedestrians got a 16 rating, but as soon u can have sex with your pants on it gets an 18 rating?

You Germans should be proud that your society does not feel offended by the display of love but violence.

u should read the second link. the freedom of media is something like in russia…so much things on the index or anything else. to forbid something because of the blood is bullshit u see in the tv some stars which take drugs and are absolutly freaks in the reality like lindsay lohan, brittney spears…yeah and then the humand get bad if he play some games with blood thats bullshit. if u want to kill people u dont need cs its only a way of training if u want. but allmost for everyone its a game where u wanna play and get on top of the leaderboard on place one and not to see blood and kill huams. thats….****
