i am really sorry for your bad experience with them and I even more sorry for G2play that they lost a good potential customer. Peace and love! I hope it will be your last bad experience buying keys.
If you want to hear my opinion if you need a reliable store go to keys4.me. I am not working for them too  but i got 3 games from them and chatted using the live support with the owner. he is really honest person who tries to make his fair customers satisfied. Prices are very competitive, but i was ready yo pay 2$ more and buy from him and not in G2paly because i knew if something went wrong he would support me and help

Yeah, poor G2Play, whatever did they do to deserve this?!  Oh, wait…
But don't worry, I'm just hanging around this thread because they gave the impression that they were looking into the problem ("asap"). Of course, I realise the millions of dollars they would lose by saying "we're sorry", and so fully understand why they have not managed to do this yet.

Yes! this happened to me aswell they did how ever refund my money and would not answer any of my 10 emails i have sent them asking why my account was locked out.
I ordered then got about 5 or so emails asking me my details again that i had just put in there site 5 minutes before and then after i sent the last one they said my money has been refunded for "security issues".
I used a verified Paypal account, my email ive had since i was 11 so 10 years now and all the other details they wanted from me they treated me like i was a scammer and ignored my emails.
g2play is garbage and i wouldnt suggest them to anyone not even people i hate.

hey guys,
i have also a very bad experience with g2play…….but "its a name you can trust"
a goog friend bought bc2 for me. for 1 month everything was fine, the game worked and the eadm also. from one day to the other my eadm said "no rights" in german it says "keine berechtigung" but i didn't care on it so much, because i was going to by a new pc and i thought it is a problem at my pc. now i have the new pc and there eadm says the same shit…and i'm not able to install the game on my new pc!!!! so i asked the ea-support and they told me the following:
"Often
someone will buy multiple copies of a game from a vendor such as Steam, and
once they've received the codes, they'll dispute the charges with their credit
card company and have the monetary value they paid refunded, but will still
have the codes, and have the intent to sell them for a bit cheaper to gain 100%
monetary profit.
This is the case with the code you have provided. The
vendor who had the legal right to sell this product never received the monetary
amount for it, so it was disabled. This code will not be re activated."
wonderful! so i asked for refunding the order at g2play…but they are going to kidding me. they got everything what they want: order number, error screen, key, bill more than once, because they gona kidding me, and they did…..surprise surprise…NOTHING
i'm getting no more e-mails from g2play. i don't know what they are thinking about. i hope that they are reading this and think about how they handle their customers.

I had something similar with an other CD-Key dealer, but I my case the game was removed completley from EADM. So I guess the game was removed from you account too, but the "keine berechtigung" actually means you have no games registered on your ea account. (Because the only game you had got removed).

thats right…and this means comparing to ea statement, that my key is fraudly and that is what g2play is ignoring.

Well, it happens that keys are banned or removed, but i hope G2PLAY will refund you money or replace the key, cause such delaying actions are not making them more customers. Their reputation has started to decrease a lot lately.

I can appreciate that some times keys from various stores get removed because no proof of the physical product perhaps. When EA themselves turn round and say the key was bought fraudulently then I think it should raise a lot of questions.
Of course I don`t for one minute believe G2Play are responsible for this "fraud" but if their supply chain is then they are of course responsible. It is them who chooses their suppliers, if they don`t have enough trust for them or run into problems then a refund is the least that could be expected by their customers.

If keys4.me genereously offers you a help run for it! They have the most reliable supply source and i've heard for instance that settlers 7 keys were banned by ubisoft. Knocking the wood either my assassin's creed 2 and settlers 7 keys or other 2 steam keys i got from them are working as they should

Hi, I have exact same problem with g2play BC2 Keys. I bought three BC2 keys and could activate only 2 of them. After endless mails with screens from the same shit (Ordernumber, EADM Screens, Keys, Invoice) I got a new BC2 key.
But after two months, all BC2keys were classified as fraudly. That was really bad/frustrating. The G2playsupport only said: Where is the problem and ignores me…
After endless emails (pls send error screen, key, bla bla bla,) I gave up.
I think G2play sold stolen BC2 Keys and if the customer cannot refund the money via CC or Paypal then ignores g2play the customer with her issues.
I have purchased software and games from G2play over 380 € in one year. But after this disaster, I can not support Shopping @ G2play and warn all who ask me about g2play.
Very disappointing.
Sorry for my bad english, im from germany.

for 1 there isnt an error message that states something is fraud so you are only speculating there, true they should of checked remotley via teamviewer or some other software to see if what you say is true and also to replace so only 1 replace is needed.
The other point is you also get the deactivation message if you recently reinstalled your os or game without 1st deauthrising it as its a breach of ea's DRM policy and its only ea then that can fix it and with a scan you can get support directly if you say you bought it retail
just saying its not always fraud why keys get disabled so dont jump to conclusions about this without getting clarification from them directly 1st, any EA support will say its fraud as soon as you mention a key site even if it really isnt the case lol

I dont say EA that they keys are from a Key Shop. The EADM says "Keine Berechtigung" in english "No Rights". The EA Support means "This code will not be reactivated" like smokejumper85 above.
The os and the games wouldnt be reinstalled.
After this i try to explain that g2play. Many Many Mails with error screens and Descriptions…I gave up.
In my last mail i say" Common guys, i still have a problem with deactivated keys. Dont panic I do not ripp off G2play. The Key are not working. I bought Games and Software over 380 Euro @ G2play. So please refund me the money or send a vaild BC2 Standard Edition Key.
No reply after 2 months.

sad to hear! I bought a gift to my friend (a bc 2 key) from g2play about 2 months ago! I really hope it won't be banned!!! I played with him last time a week ago and his key was ok, knocking the wood

You are making a wrong assumption about the "Keine Berechtigung" message. It just bad translation by EA.
You assumptions is it specificly points to your BC2 key. It actually means you have "no entitlements" (which is the englisch message) acquired for your EADM account. You see this message only when there are no active subscriptions on your EADM account.

Seems I added to the confusion. Let's me say first I can't tell what happen to the Bad Company 2. If it was a stolen key or got region locked.
What I tried to resolve was a bad case of translation from English to German by EA.
When you run EADM and login with an account that has no games activated you will get the message "no entitlements" in case you language is set to English. EA translated the phrase "no entitlements" with "Keine Berechtigung". Unfortunately the German word "berechtigung" has different meanings in German and only in a context you can know what was meant.
Example "You have no right to use my car without my agreement -> "Sie haben keine berechtigung mein Auto zubenuzten ohne meine zustimmung".
EA wanted with "Keine Berechtinung" to say there no active subscription (no entitlements) present on this account. I think they messed when translating digital Rights.
If these guys that lost access BC2 had at least one more game actiaved on their EADM account they wouldn't have seen this message at all.
Hope I didn't add even more to the confusion, German language sucks anyway… Brazilian ftw ;p

well it doesn't change anything, he doesn't have the game he bought so g2play – after receiving screenshots/evidence – should refund the money or give new key! And not delay the case in the infinity… This is annoying.

this is true kossak and its the main issue, we at oks have these problems occasionally but only because of drm or regional issues not because the key is fraudulent and we always replace remotely via teamviewer. I was just pointing this out as everyone always says this about g2play and other keystores and its completley unfounded
