Taliban are one of most barbaric and despicable societies of men, if the word society even applies to them. Part of the original team that develop Medal of Honor(2002)left the Studio 2015 Inc. (Publisher EA) to found their own and create their interpretation of MoH.

This studio became later know as Infinity War (bought by Activision) and their game became know as Call of Duty (series). In a twist of fate the studio founders and several members left to found and create again their own Studio and game version of Call of Duty. Theis new studio is called Respawn Entertainment (Puhlisher EA). The title of their game is yet to be announcement.

Nice but they didn't fix the biggest flaw the game has. It's still an Activision game. I do not donate to the Taliban nor will I to Activision. I don't work hard to support evil people.

I feel it's gonna be a good game but i predict $59.99 -59.99 euros price without any discounts, so i'll take MOH i hope cd-key stores will sell it for $30 a month or two after the release and i'll think about cod 7 later

This would come with 2 main problems for the game:

Ragers, People start reporting all players because they had a bad day OR they accompany with other ragers and manage to report a fully legit player and he might get banned...

Progamers. Now, i am not a pro gamer, but still, in mw2 i sometimes manage to get kills for which i think "wow, if i had seen that in the killcam i would call myself a hacker" or something like that... "pros" or simply luckshots will get reported and get banned?

It’s a well-known fact that the PC SKU of Modern Warfare 2 was seen as a
failure by most in the PC gaming community. The introduction of IWNet, a
peer-to-peer networking system similar to the one used on consoles, was
enough on its own to disappoint PC players who could no longer have any
choice in the server they played on. However, there was more: cheating
became rampant, helped on by ‘undetectable’ wallhacks and delayed VAC
bans. Mod tools were not released, so there were no custom maps or mods
to keep things fresh.

Worst of all, developers Infinity Ward seemed to be doing very little to
improve things, continuing to assert that a peer-to-peer system was
better than dedicated servers. The final nail in the coffin came as
downloadable map packs were charged for, despite the fact that they had
been made available for free in previous Call of Duty games. Players
were being asked to pay for new maps while the core game still suffered
from cheaters and crippling network issues.

Therefore the PC gaming community breathed a collective sigh of relief
when it was announced that Black Ops on PC would support dedicated
servers. It was apparently a decision taken very early in development,
and meant that the days of 20 millisecond pings and competitive matches
could return. The theme of good news continued: a developer console was
confirmed, followed by post-release mod tools. Players would again be
able to lean left and right, a feature removed in Modern Warfare 2.

News from the Multiplayer Reveal

At the multiplayer reveal event a few days ago there was mixed news for
PC players. The most controversial announcement was that dedicated
servers would only be rentable from GameServers.com. In other words, no
public server files would be available, in a similar fashion to
Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Why would Treyarch and Activision make a
decision like this?

Primarily, it's to stop piracy - it's often easier to find cracked
servers for Call of Duty 4 than legitimate servers, such is the extent
of piracy. Secondly, it's generally agreed that IWNet was introduced
partially so that Activision could sell map packs. Without mods and
maps, players were hungry for new content and could only satisfy this by
buying the new maps. If, as seems likely, map packs for Black Ops are
released free of charge for PC, Activision needs to make their money
elsewhere. In this case, an exclusivity deal with GameServers will
likely provide them with a cut from each server sold, making up for the
loss of revenue from DLC.

Both unranked and ranked servers will be available from GameServers.
Their website shows a limit of 18 players on ranked servers and 24
players on unranked servers, although Treyarch developer pcdev tweeted
that player limits have not been finalized yet. Unranked servers will be
fully customizable, while ranked server admins will be able to choose
the maps and gametypes played on their server.

The game will also be exclusive to Steam and use Valve's Anti-Cheat
(VAC). Server admins will be able to kick and ban players from their
servers, so cheating should become much less of an issue than it was in
Modern Warfare 2.

Other features include:

* Spectator mode.

* An improved server browser.

* A matchmaking option - click Play Now, and the game will automatically find a server for you.

* Support for both the /record command and the new Theatre mode.

Overall, Treyarch have done their best to provide as many PC-specific
features as possible. The exclusivity deal with GameServers represents
an unfortunate compromise, but one that PC gamers will certainly agree
is preferable to IWNet.

Confirmed gameplay improvements over MW2 so far
 

1) Marathon no longer provides unlimited sprint and Commando is removed. We won't be seeing any M/L/C heroes in Black Ops.

2) Stopping Power is removed, Juggernaut didn't make a comeback.
In my opinion this will balance the game a lot, since you won't feel
forced to use any of those cheesy perks.

3) One Man Army is removed, so is Danger Close. That means the most annoying class in MW2 is gone for good.

4) Overpowered secondaries such as Shotguns and Machine Pistols are now primary weapons.

5) Killstreaks no longer accumulate kills and they won't be as
powerful as they were in MW2. For example, it shouldn't be possible to
camp your way to the Harrier, which will get you the Pave-Low, which
will get you the Chopper Gunner and win the game for you. Since only
handguns or launchers can be used as secondaries, I predict a lot more
people shooting down air support.

6) Explosives seem to be weaker in general, due to the lack of
Danger Close and due to the introduction of Flak Jacket. Also the
Scavenger perk no longer replenishes noobtubes or claymores.

7) Deathstreaks are finally removed!

8) Weapons seem to have more recoil in general compared to MW2
and they haven't added any weapons similar to the ACR laser gun so far.

9) Even though the Last Stand perk wasn't removed it won't be as
powerful, since it no longer provides invincibility when falling to the
ground and you can no longer use Akimbo M93 Rafficas to destroy people
while bleeding to death.

10) The Tactical Nuke killstreak is removed, one less reason for people to boost.

11) New original killstreaks, weapon attachments and equipment such as the RC XD, Flamethrower and Camera Spike.

12) The new currency system gives you the freedom to unlock your
weapons, perks and killstreaks in the order you prefer to, instead of
having to reach the required level.

13) A lot more customization in general, which has a visual effect on both your character and weapons.

14) Theater mode and being able to report players who are cheating/boosting.

So far it seems that Treyarch is actually listening to the community and tries to improve the game, so thumbs up for that!
